Monthly Prize Draw: Rules

1. The draw

Each month, Empress Piercing runs a free prize draw for members of the Empress Piercing app. One winner is selected at random. The current prize is shown in the app and announced to the winner in-app; it typically includes visualisation credits and an in-store reward. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

2. Who can enter

The draw is open to registered app members aged 18 or over at the time of the draw. Empress staff may enter unless the prize terms for a given month say otherwise. Age is checked against the date of birth on your account.

3. How entries work

Every member, including members on the free tier, receives one entry in each monthly draw, automatically. Paid membership does not buy additional entries, and no entry route requires payment.

Occasional bonus entries may be awarded for free activities, for example scanning the studio reward code on a visit, redeeming a promotional code, or entering by post. Bonus entries are never sold.

4. Free postal entry route

You can also enter by post at no cost (other than standard postage). Send a postcard with your full name and the email address registered on your Empress app account to: Empress Piercing Ltd, 159 Holton Road, Barry, Wales, CF63 4HP, marked “Prize Draw”. One postal entry per person per monthly draw. Postal entries received before the draw date are added to that month’s draw with the same chance of winning as any other entry. You must hold an app account (free to create) so we can credit your entry and contact you if you win.

5. The winner

Winners are selected at random and notified in the app. Prizes must be claimed in store within the period stated in the app. If a prize goes unclaimed, we may draw an alternative winner. Prizes are non-transferable; where a prize includes a piercing service, normal studio age and suitability policies apply.

6. General
